To activate the ECG feature, go to the Devices > ScanWatch 2 > Tutorials.

Tap Take your first electrocardiogram to learn how to perform an ECG. 

Throughout the tutorial, you will be presented with indications for use. You need to accept and activate them to complete the activation. 

Note for US users:

US users are no longer required to activate the ECG feature under the care of a board-certified cardiologist, eliminating the original HeartBeat Health validation process.
