You can activate the Cycle Tracking feature in 3 different ways:
Using the Add Data (+) button:
- Open the Withings App.
- Tap on the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the Home tab.
- Tap Cycle Tracking.
- Tap Begin to start the 'onboarding' process.
In the 'Customize screens' section:
- Open the Withings App
- Go to Devices > ScanWatch Light.
- Go to Display Options > Customize screens.
- Tap Activate next to 'Cycle tracking.'
You will then be prompted to choose a “mode” for your cycle tracking experience which reflects your main focus and is used to adapt to your experience:
- Track my period: Log and track your period with accurate predictions and insights.
- Track without a period: Keep track of your symptoms to spot trends in your cycle, even if you're not on your period.
- Try to conceive: Track your fertile window and receive personalised insights to improve your chances of conceiving.
- Track during pregnancy: Pause the cycle predictions for now and keep an eye on your symptoms as you get ready for your baby.
- Navigate perimenopause: Better understand hormonal changes changes and symptoms as you body transitions to menopause
Depending on the mode you choose, you will then be prompted to answer 'onboarding' questions to help improve the accuracy of cycle tracking:
- The regularity of your cycle
- The length of your cycle
- Date of your last period
- Average duration of your period
Note: This number will have an impact on the length of time that is automatically filled when you add period data. - Other questions specific to each mode
Once a cycle tracking mode is chosen and onboarding questions completed, Cycle Tracking will be activated. By default, it will appear on the My Focus card for easy access.
Note: The onboarding data can be adjusted by tapping on Cycle information at the bottom of the Cycle Tracking main screen. This will impact cycle predictions.
