    Hello, I have the same problem. I tried reinstall the app and remove and add watch again (with factory reset) but it didn't help.

    Steps screen disappeared since latest update. I assume this is a bug. There is no way to choose to add steps as a screen. It is my most used feature on my Withington Steel HR. Please advise.

    Issue resolved with latest Health Mate update. It's a pretty fundamental bug to have been let through - hope it doesn't happen again.

    You have to go to the customize screen option in the app and turn it on again.

    That option has been removed from the customise screen function. It's just all gone.

    I'm having the same issue too. Steps are no longer shown on my Steel HR and the steps option has completely disappeared from the screens personalization page.
    App version 5.1.2.

    I'm also on App version 5.1.2 (Android) and I have the same problem.  Play Store is not offering any update to a newer version. In fact Play Store latest reviewer is giving a low score due to this problem. ondrej.peroutka - what version did you update to that fixed it?

    And just to add, although it says "withings" as the name on my posts, I am not part of Withings themselves and I have no connection with them other than being a customer.  I used "withings" in front of the @ sign and my domain name in my email address for posting here, and the forum has dumbly assumed that is my name.  I can't see any way to change my forum name - another example I guess of Withings software approach being minimum functionality. :-(

    I have 5.1.2. Problem started with 5.1.1 probably and after I updated to 5.1.2 steps and distance appeared in the app settings again.

    I have the same problem. Tried everything I know, Reset, reinstall, another phone. Still no steps screen. As with someone above, it's one of the main reasons I bought this model.

    I'm on latest app version 5.1.2 and the option is not there to turn it back on in the customise screen.  I tried to call Withings on their support number, but the message says the support line is closed.  I have sent an email, lets hope for a reply sometime.

    Yes, that worked for me too!  So I now have the steps screen back again on the watch.

    The only problem is that it is now right at the end, so I have to press the button 9 times to get to it.  It used to be right after the heart-rate, so only 2 presses.

    Does anyone know if there is a way to change the order of the screens on the watch?

    Yeah you can change that on Customized Screens. Move the order by holding down and drag the right side where the three horizontal lies are the move it up or wherever you want it.

    Brilliant!  Thanks remanentjess , I now have it just how I want it again.

    Now I'm holding my breath to see if mine disapears again like it did for stevewickes

    Mine is still missing. Tried logging in/out a few times but no joy.
    Still waiting for withings to get back to me. 3 days and counting
