    Hello,

    I would like to share Health Mate iOS 5.2, which has enhanced the synchronization between the watch and HM app, was released a few days ago. I will encourage everyone to perform the update on their Health Mate app as soon as possible.

    Hi.  My watch is getting all notifications I have set it up for apart from Whats-app.  Do I need to do something different to get these notification please?

    Hi, just got my watch a couple of days ago and notifications were working. Now they're not. I've checked for permissions, per your help page for iOS 13. Is there anything different of iOS14? Also, the first day I could not see the same amount of steps in the app as was listed on the phone. Very odd! Today it fixed itself, so really don't know what happened, other than it started fresh and this time it synced correctly.

    New watch - notifications for Messages working fine but no third party apps like WhatsApp.

    I've followed carefully the steps here:

    Any ideas what I can try?

    Firmware on the watch and the phone (iPhone7) are both fully up to date.

    I got the same problem ! And I tried really everything ! unpaired blutooth, checked every single settings of my android watch .... I solved unistalling and installing again the app ! WHICH IS COMPLETELY CRAZY ! I hope they solve this bug ... As if it works it is really a great watch !

    Yup, same issue in so far as spent ages following the advice on the withings help pages without getting anywhere.

    Factory reset watch, delete app - start as new and bingo it works!

    four days in and notifications stopped. did a factory reset and now the thing won't connect to my phone at all, meaning it doesn't even tell the time. pretty expensive bracelet. how do i get my money back? WIthings, are you listening?
