    I'm a light sleeper and it is really difficult for me to get a restful sleep. This watch is really helpful in monitoring my sleep patterns. Recently, I was reading some articles about the sleep tracking feature on their website and I found out that the watch takes 3 hours to start the tracking. A great tip that helped me a lot is to ensure that the band is tight and that the back of the watch makes good contact with my wrist.
