The hands on my Steel HR watch are loosing about four minutes a day and the digital read out is always correct. Any idea what is going on with the watch and how to correct this. It is a pain to have to reset the hands every few days. I have never had in water or any kind of shock to it.

You may try to ring Withings up about it as they might provide additional troubleshooting. I previously contacted them on this link:https://within.gs/help.

I contacted support directly via email and explain this issue. Withings support agree to replace my watch.

Am I stupid or something, I have looked many times on the main site to look for an email contact and don't see one. Do you think you could share the email address. Thanks
