My Steel HR does not charge

Thanks Raven. Unfortunately my problem seems to be different. Support has sent me a new charger to check if the problem is the charger or the watch. Now I am waiting its arrival. In the meantime it is 12 days now without watch. Withings support is not  really fast. I had recently a problem with an Echo by Amazon, and in 2 days I had a new one at my home. Time to move from Withings.
