Hello. Same watch, same issue since yesterday.
Even after restore factory default.
Whatever I configure via Health Mate, it always shows : Time, HR, steps, distance, calories, alarms and battery.
It occurs 1 day after a Health Mate update on my phone.
The watch firmware is 7041
It's quite impacting, a quick fix would really be appreciated.

SAME exact issue! It started today for me. I tried to change the order of apps on the watch and the watch reverted to the default factory order, as listed above by David. I've done the factory reset, the delete and re-install the app, I've done it all. Each time, the app shows the ordering that I want for the watch apps, but the watch shows the default order. Again, this started TODAY when I tried to change the order of the apps on the watch. NEVER had an issue prior despite having my own ordering of the apps.
I will add that I am on iOS. Also, the app update that released today for iOS did not help. I can change everything BUT the list of apps that show up on the watch and their order.
Lastly, and this is weird. Emails notifications from Outlook use a bell icon instead of the envelope icon.
Again, I don't know when it broke, but when I made changes yesterday, 11-4, I found the break.

Same for me, I guess we have to wait for the next update... Never had a problem otherwise, so far

Thanks Armelle for confirming R&D is aware of the issue and working on a fix.

Same issue. Factory reset, disassociating device, and flash reset have not helped. Grateful I found this post and it’s a recent issue so I know I’m not the only one frustrated by this

The watch firmware is 7041, i've just bought my new Steel HR and configured yesterday. I've wanted to use the stopwatch functionality but it doesnt show on screen. Happy to read that R&D is working on fixing the problem.

I think it's related to Android 12. My screen customization reverted to default as soon as my phone updated to Android 12. I hope that R&D can push a fix soon. It's really annoying.

@Bethsalkind nah... it’s happening on iOS as well. I didn’t even update the app and my screens customization still got borked

Yeah I have Android 8.
@ima_tough_customer : you didn't even have a Health Mate update? That's weird. It was a FW upgrade on the watch then?

@david.rivoal yea for whatever reason it hadn’t popped up in my App Store. I was having this issue on 5.6.3 (released about a month ago) and don’t actually know when the issue started. After I discovered I couldn’t change screens yesterday and did everything possible to troubleshoot I updated the app to 5.7.0, which definitely didn’t help lol. Could have been firmware but I don’t recall my last fw update or know when this started...
Edit: Aaannnnd 5.7.1 absolutely fixed the screen customization for me! Thanks for the quick patch withings!!

On my watch now it's ok! with no update but now i see the correct screen..

My screen customization is also displaying correctly. I did NOTHING. I wonder if the forced time adjustment due to the end of daylight savings time "fixed" the issue by also, most likely inadvertently, syncing the customization setting?
Matteo, did your time "fall back" last night? Mine did.

Nope, my time "fall back" the first sunday of october and i configured the watch just 3 days ago..

Indeed it's working but it feels like black magic, I didn't see any update anywhere oO

mine started 2 days ago displaying time and date only
then tried to update it, reinstalling the app, doing factory reset, etc....
now it is even worse: it only shows the bluetooth icon and nothing more (and i lost the last two months of data in the app)
please help!
