I think I saw this feature in another sleep tracking app some years ago and I would love to see it implemented in Health Mate.
I was able to add tags to the nights for example "Alcohol" or "Sports" for when I drank alcohol before sleeping or was working out that day.
That way you would be able to compare the average heart rate, depth, time to fall asleep etc. between "regular" nights, nights were you drank alcohol before and nights where you worked out during the day for example. I would love such insights.
I'm sure the Withings team knows best what factors could impact sleep the most and turn them into tags.
