To help us resolve this for you:

    • Connect with us via Live Chat: Please reach out to our team here.

    • Reference Your Setup: Be sure to mention you are using an iPhone 13 on iOS 18.5 and describe the specific "RMND" text you are seeing on your notifications.

Our priority is restoring the user-friendliness you’ve come to expect from Withings. We look forward to getting this sorted out for you.

    Regards,

On my iPhone 14, iOS 26.3.1 it's the same: Difficulties with sync between watch and App and strange notifications always starting with RMNDR and then WEIGHT WATER ITEM (for drinking water reminder), HEART BP ITEM (for measuring blood pressure) SLEEP CAFFEINE ITEM (for not to drink coffee anymore for better sleep)

And I have some more tipps for a better user experience:

–> Sync Watch Alarms with iOS Alarms. Now, if I change an alarm in the alarm app or health app, I have to do the same in the withings app. It's a little inconvenient not to forget one of the alarms...

–> When I start an exercise on the watch, every 30 minutes the watch vibrates and shows the duration of the exercise. Starting the exercise from within the app, the watch doesn't vibrate. Why not?

–> Some time ago the app permanently showed the heart rate during an exercise. This feature seems to have gone. Why? There has been a scale in which area the heart rate was: normal, intensive...? I can't exactly remember the wording... Please bring this feature back.
