You have the choice between three weight units: kilogram (kg), stone (stlb) and pound (lb). To change the units on your Body Scan, perform the following steps:

1. Press the button on your scale once to wake it up. The weight unit menu should appear.
2. Continue to press the button to scroll until you land on the desired weight unit.
3. Press and hold down the button until a check mark appears on the scale screen with your desired weight unit displayed. 
4. Your weight unit has been changed.
