What are Workouts?
Workouts are:
- Any duration of activity that is automatically logged into the Withings app via a Withings activity tracker or the in-app step tracking feature. As you automatically log activity via one of our trackers, our algorithm will begin to detect the type of activity being done. You can find these Workouts in your "Daily Steps" card on the Home tab.
- Any duration of activity that is manually added via the 'Add Data' button ("+" sign). These can be viewed directly as timeline items on your Home tab.
