What are Refurbished Products?
Refurbished products are products for which the packages were opened or damaged, or returned products that were not or barely used.
Refurbished products are eligible to the same return and warranty policy as new products (30-day return policy, 1 years of warranty).
What does the 'Grade' of a Refurbished product mean?
All refurbished products are thoroughly cleaned, inspected and verified technically before being repackaged for sale. The 'grade' of a refurbished product helps you understand what physical condition it is in.
| Grade | Meaning |
|---|---|
| A | Excellent: This product is either unused or has seen very minimal use. It may have small, barely noticeable defects visible within 30cm and only under certain reflections, located only on the sides or back of the device. |
| B | Very good: This product has had very little use. Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present on the front of the product, visible within 30cm, such as micro-scratches or specks. Additional slight defects might be found on the sides or back of the device. |
| C | Good: The device has been used and shows some signs of wear, with visible marks of use being acceptable. Cosmetic defects visible within 30cm can be present on the front of the device, such as scratches on the glass, minor blemishes, and small, isolated stains. These imperfections do not affect the functionality of the device. |
| D | Fair: The device has been used and shows noticeable signs of wear, with visible marks of use being acceptable. In addition to the defects that may be present in the “C” grade, a higher amount of scratches on the front (such as the center plate on the front of the scale) are permitted. These imperfections do not affect the functionality of the device. |
