What are Refurbished Products?

Refurbished Products are products for which the packages were opened or damaged, or returned products that were not or barely used.

Refurbished Products are eligible to the same return and warranty policy as new products (30-day return policy, 2 years of warranty in Europe).

Note that all Refurbished Products are thoroughly cleaned, inspected and verified technically before being repackaged for sale.

The product that I wanted is not available. What should I do?

Refurbished Products are usually available in very limited quantities, items may therefore be out of stock quickly. We recommend that you place your order quickly if you see a product that you like.
