Important Update:
As of July 9th, 2022, the Pregnancy Tracker will no longer be available for new users. The tracker will continue to function as intended for all current registered users while we work to provide a new and improved Pregnancy experience for the Withings App in the near future.
Pregnancy Tracker provides an enriched Withings App experience for pregnant women, offering advice, tips, and easy weight tracking throughout pregnancy.
Pregnant women will receive the following information on a weekly basis in their Withings App Timeline:
- an overview of the week with the current stage of pregnancy and cumulative weight gain, along with how it compares with your personalized recommendations
- health-related and obstetrician-reviewed information relevant to the current week of pregnancy
The Pregnancy Tracker program is available with the following devices:
- Body Cardio
- Body+
- Body
- Smart Body Analyzer
- Wireless Scale (WS30)
- Wi-Fi Body Scale (WBS01)
Note that you can also join the Pregnancy Tracker program without a Withings scale linked to the account. The weight graph can be updated with the manual entries in Withings App.
How can I activate Pregnancy Tracker?
Pregnancy Tracker can be activated by any woman at any time during pregnancy. Note that Pregnancy Tracker can be activated even if you don’t have a Withings device. To do so, perform the following steps:
- Open the Withings App.
- Go to Wellness Programs.
- Select Tap to discover.
- Tap Join.
How can I deactivate Pregnancy Tracker?
Pregnancy Tracker can be deactivated at any moment. To do so, perform the following steps:
- Open the Withings App.
- Go to Wellness Programs.
- Tap Pregnancy Tracker.
- Tap on the three dots at the top right of the screen.
- Tap on Leave.
- Tap OK to confirm.
How can I edit my information?
You can edit your pregnancy information at any moment. To do so, perform the following steps:
- Open the Pregnancy Tracker program in the Withings App.

Tap Review your pregnancy information.

Tap Modify your pregnancy information.

Make the necessary changes and tap Update.
