If your Body doesn’t recognize you when you weigh in, your weight measurements will be listed as unknown measurements. To assign them to a user, perform the following steps:

iOS

1. Open the Withings App.
2. Go to My devices.
3. Tap Unknown measurements.
   
4. Select the Uknown measurement.
   
5. Tap the user you want to assign the measurement to.
   

Android

1. Open the Withings App.
2. Go to My devices.
3. Tap Unknown measurements.
   
4. Select the Uknown measurement.
   
5. Tap the user you want to assign the measurement to.
