To install your Wi-Fi Body Scale, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the Online Dashboard from your computer with your Withings account.
  2. Select the Menu icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Select My Devices.
  4. Select Other devices.
  5. Select Configure a Wifi Body-Scale WBS01.
  6. Select My Withings scale is brand new (or I have changed my WiFi network) and download the pairing wizard.

  7. Follow the instructions provided by the pairing wizard.

    Note: A pairing code will appear on the screen of the scale during the installation process (e.g. 846820). This code is not an error message and is necessary to configure the scale with the Pairing Wizard. You have to enter this code to continue the setup process.


- If you are using a Macintosh (Apple) computer, you will get a security dialog box preventing you from installing the pairing wizard. To bypass this warning, please perform the following steps:

  1. Right click (control click) on the pairing wizard and select Open.
  2. In the box with the message Pairing Wizard is form an unidentified developer. Are you sure you want to open it? click Open.

- If you're using a Windows computer and get an error when downloading the pairing wizard, try downloading it using Firefox.
