Sleep Smarter is an 8-week coaching program that targets weekly sleep schedule inconsistencies, which can lead to a condition called Social Jet Lag.

Social Jet Lag causes fatigue, depression, memory loss, and many chronic health issues, including heart disease and obesity.

How does Sleep Smarter work?

  • Tracks weekly sleep schedule inconsistencies and assigns a Social Jet Lag rating
  • Offers valuable insights about user's weekly sleep schedule
  • Includes Sleep Master Challenge: a friendly coaching system to engage users and improve results

Note that you need to own one of the following devices to join the Sleep Smarter program:

  • Steel HR / Steel HR Sport
  • Steel
  • Go
  • Withings Activité / Pop
  • Withings Aura Sleep Sensor
  • Withings Pulse  

How can I activate Sleep Smarter?

Sleep Smarter can be activated at any moment. To do so, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Go to Wellness Programs.
  3. Tap Learn More.
  4. Tap Join.

Note that Sleep Smarter can only be activated by the main user of the Nokia account.

How can I deactivate Sleep Smarter?

Sleep Smarter can be deactivated at any moment. To do so, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Go to Wellness Programs.
  3. Tap Sleep Smarter.
  4. Tap on the three dots at the top right of the screen.
  5. Tap on Leave.
  6. Tap Yes to confirm.
