If you find that your order is damaged, the order is missing an item, or the products in the package are not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service by clicking on Contact us at the bottom of the page and make sure to provide the following details:
- Photos of the package, including the label.
- Photos of the inner packing slip with the order details and list of items in the package clearly visible.
- The order number (MXXXXX).
- The reason for the return.

The serial number (MAC address) of each of the devices in the order. For more information, click here.
Please note that missing items or damage may not be apparent at the time of delivery, or only become visible once the package has been opened.
Our Support will investigate the issue with our delivery services and provide you with either a new order or refund, depending on your preference.
