The temperature measured by the Aura may be higher than the ambient temperature in your home, as the Aura produces a small amount of heat. Please note that a variance of 5°C (10°F) is considered normal. 

If the variance is more than 5°C (10°F), please try factory resetting the device. If the issue persists, please reach out to Customer Service by clicking the Contact us button at the bottom of the page.
