Occasionally, your Aura's data may seem to take longer to appear in your app. Please note that it may take up to an hour from when you get out of bed for sleep data to be uploaded.
If you still do not see your data after an hour, please try the following:
- Please visit the Online Dashboard and check if your data is there.
- Log out and log back into the Withings App.
Configure the Aura on a different Wi-Fi network.
- If all else fails, perform a factory reset and then reinstall the device.
