There are several limitations that you should be aware of when using the Home with multiple accounts or devices:
- The Home can only be connected to a single account. It does not support multiple accounts.
- Up to 20 Home devices can be added to a single account.
- Up to 2 mobile devices can connect to the Home's live feed at once. A 3rd device trying to connect will receive a "Home is Busy" message.
- Both connected devices must be logged in to the same account.
