Important:
- Resetting your device will not delete any data already synced in the Withings app.
- Any data that has not been synced before resetting your device will be permanently lost.
To reset the Pulse HR to factory settings:
- In the Withings App select My Devices (the small watch icon on the bottom right-hand side of the app), select the Pulse HR from the device list, scroll down and then select Dissociate this product.
- Go to the Settings of your mobile device, select Bluetooth and locate 'Pulse HR XX' in the list of devices. Select the small icon to the right and select the option to Forget or Unpair the device.
- Press and hold the button on the side of the Pulse HR for 5 seconds. Workout mode will start after pressing the button for about one second, but continue pressing until a menu appears on the Pulse HR's display.
- When on this menu, press the button on the Pulse HR until the screen shows 'Factory Reset.'
- While the Pulse HR shows 'Factory Reset,' press and hold the button for one second and you will see 'Reset in 5 clicks.'
- Press the button 5 times and the Pulse HR will be reset to factory settings. A progress bar will show the reset process.
- The Pulse HR will now restart and will show 'Install App' Please note that if the Pulse HR does not show 'Install App,' this means that the factory reset was not successful and so it must be performed again.
- You can now reconfigure the Pulse HR.
