If the language displayed on your scale is incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Make sure the language of your mobile device is correct.
- Dissociate the scale from your account by going to Devices > Body Smart > Dissociate.
- Go to the Settings of your mobile device, select Bluetooth and locate your scale in the list of devices. Select the small icon to the right of the scale and select the option to Forget/Unpair the scale.
- Install the scale again.
