Canceling your Subscription
You can cancel your Withings+ subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period. However, Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.
Note: You won’t be charged if you unsubscribe before the end of your trial period.
Important: Be sure that you are using the same method to cancel your account as you used to sign up for it. Therefore, if you signed up through your phone, you must cancel through your phone.
Phone Cancelation
If you purchased Withings+ through the app on your phone, then you can cancel by going to your subscriptions on your phone. We do not currently offer cancelations directly in the app.
For Apple iOS users:
- Go to the Settings App on your phone.
- Tap on your Apple ID at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Withings+.
- Manage your subscription from here.
For Android users:
- Go to the Google Play app on your phone.
- Tap on your Profile.
- Tap on your Account
- Tap Payments & Subscriptions.
- Tap Withings+
- Manage your subscription from here.
From here you can cancel, renew and view alternate subscription plans.
Website Cancelation
If you purchased Withings+ from the Web Dashboard or if it came bundled with another Withings product, you can cancel from your Withings+ Web Dashboard, follow these instructions for cancellation:
- In the upper right corner, click your account icon to access the drop-down menu.
Note: You must make sure you are logged in as the primary account-holder, and not a secondary profile in order to cancel. - Select Withings+ from the drop-down menu.
- If you do not see a Withings+ option, clear your browser's cache or try it again in a private/incognito window.
Note: You can also access the subscriptions page directly from here. - Select Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm by clicking again on Cancel my Subscription.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, the Withings+ service will be discontinued with all included features on the date your subscription ends. Your devices and all their features will continue to function normally.
Reactivating your Subscription
You can also reactivate your subscription so long as your last billing period has not expired, by following these simple steps:
- In the upper right corner, click your account icon to access the drop-down menu.
- Select Withings+ from the drop-down menu.
- If you do not see a Withings+ option, clear your browser's cache or try it again in a private/incognito window.
Note: You can also access the subscriptions page directly from here. - Select Reactivate my Subscription at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm by selecting Reactivate my Subscription.
Plan Details
The details of a Withings+ plan will be different depending on which account is viewing the plan.
If you are the primary purchaser of the plan, you will see a detailed breakdown of the plan including the subscription start date, the next billing date, the plan's billing cycle (yearly or monthly), and the plan's payment rate.
If you are an additional user of the Withings+ plan (i.e. your device was installed after the primary purchaser's), you will see a more simple breakdown which shows the subscription start date and duration.
