Important:

• Resetting your device will not delete any data already synced in the Withings app.
• Any data that has not been synced before resetting your device will be permanently lost.

To perform a factory reset of the Go, perform the following steps:

1. Press and hold the screen of your Go for 25 seconds until the following screen is displayed:
   
   
   
2. Repeatedly press the screen of your Go five times until the following sequence of screen is displayed:
   
   
   
3. The following screen will be displayed after a few seconds:
   
   
   
4. Your Go is now ready to be reinstalled.
