If you want to stop using your Thermo and clear all user data from the device, please follow these steps:
- Open the Withings App.
- Go to Devices.
- Select your Thermo.
- Select Dissociate this product.
Select Remove from my account.
Note: Dissociating your Thermo won’t delete any of your data from the Withings app as long as that data is synced with the app beforehand.
- Press and hold the button on the Thermo until the word 'SETUP' appears on its display (this may take up to 10 seconds)
- Quickly press the button on the Thermo 6 times until the words 'FACTORY RESET' begin to scroll on the Thermo's display
- Quickly press the button on the Thermo 5 times and the Thermo's display will power off
- The Thermo is now ready to be set up again.
