Important:

• Resetting your device will not delete any data already synced in the Withings app.
• Any data that has not been synced before resetting your device will be permanently lost.

To perform a factory reset of the BPM+, perform the following steps:

1. Press and hold the the button on your BPM+ for 25 seconds.
2. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Your BPM+ is now ready to be reinstalled.
