You can find a copy of your Withings order invoice in 2 ways:

In your Order confirmation email

This email is automatically sent to the Inbox of the email used to place the order.

1. Locate the email with the Withings sender and subject "Order ____ Confirmed"
2. Open the email and click the View Order Status button to view your order online.
   - If you are not logged into your account when you click the link in the email, you will be directed to the Connected Account login page. Please follow the instructions in the relevant section below. 
3. Locate your order and select Details of my order.
4. On the order details screen, click the Download Invoice button in the top-right corner. 
   Your invoice will be downloaded as a PDF. 

Note: You may need to check your Spam folder as well for order confirmation emails. 

On your Connected Account page

1. Click here to access your Connected Account page.
2. Locate your order and select Details of my order.
3. On the order details screen, click the Download Invoice button in the top-right corner. 
   Your invoice will be downloaded as a PDF. 

Note: In order for your invoice to show on your Connected Account page, you must have made the order using your Withings account email.
