You can find a copy of your Withings order invoice in three ways:
In your Order confirmation email
This email is automatically sent to the Inbox of the email used to place the order.
- Locate the email with the subject "Withings: Order MXXXXXXXXX confirmed."
- Open the email and click the My Invoice button to view your invoice online.
- If you are not logged into your account when you click the link in the email, you will be directed to the Connected Account login page. Please follow the instructions in the relevant section below.
- If you don't have a Withings account yet and/or placed your order as a Guest, you will be directed to the Order Status page. Please follow the instructions in the relevant section below.
Note: You may need to check your Spam folder as well for order confirmation emails.
On your Connected Account page
- Click here to access your Connected Account page.
- Click on My orders.
- Locate your order and select Details of my order.
- On the order details screen, click the Download Invoice button in the top-right corner.
Your invoice will be downloaded as a PDF.
Note: In order for your invoice to show on your Connected Account page, you must have made the order using your Withings account email.
On the Order Status page
- Click here to access the Order Status page.
- Enter your email address and order number and select Submit.
- You will receive an email with a link to view your order details.
- Select View my order to view the details of the order online.
- On the order details screen, click the Download Invoice button in the top-right corner.
Your invoice will be downloaded as a PDF.
