ScanWatch Light features a stopwatch and a timer: they can both be activated in the Clock menu of your ScanWatch Light.

To do so, press the side button and scroll to the Clock menu. Select the Clock menu and scroll to the stopwatch or timer. Then press and hold the button to stop the measurement.
