If you’ve set up your ScanWatch 2, but don’t see the ECG feature, you may have skipped the module which asks that you accept the instructions to activate them.

Why am I required to accept these instructions?

Because ECG is a medical-grade features, we are required to ask for your permission before activating it.

If you’d rather not activate it, you can skip the instructions below.

How can I activate the ECG feature?

To activate the ECG feature of your ScanWatch 2:

1. Open the Withings App with your ScanWatch 2 close by so that it can sync.
2. Tap on the Devices tab in the app.
3. Locate ScanWatch 2 and select Tutorials.
   
4. Scroll down to Electrocardiogram and tap it to begin.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions.
