Follow these steps to remove other accounts or users associated with your scale: 

1. Open the Withings App.
2. Go to Devices.
3. Select Body Segment.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
5. Select Dissociate this product.
6. Select Remove from all other accounts.
   Note: All separate accounts or users will be removed from the scale.
7. Press and hold the button on the top side of the scale for at least 8 seconds to turn on the screen.
8. Three options will appear on the screen: Info, Update, Reset.
9. Press the button on the top side of the scale until the selection rests on ‘Reset.’
10. Press and hold the button until the screen says ‘Reset in 5 clicks.’
11. Press the button five times to complete the factory reset.
12. The scale will no longer have the previous users on it.
