This error message usually occurs when using unofficial Lightning to 30-pin adapter on iOS devices prior to iPhone 5, iPad 4th generation or iPod Touch 5th generation and higher. Please perform the following steps:
- Try another 30-pin adapter.
- Try connecting the Blood Pressure Monitor to another iPhone.
- If you can connect the Blood Pressure Monitor to another iPhone, clean the dock connector of your iPhone with an ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) safe brush.
You can also reach out to Apple support if you suspect that there is an issue with the dock connector of your iPhone.
