This error message usually occurs when using unofficial Lightning to 30-pin adapter on iOS devices prior to iPhone 5, iPad 4th generation or iPod Touch 5th generation and higher. Please perform the following steps:

  1. Try another 30-pin adapter.
  2. Try connecting the Blood Pressure Monitor to another iPhone.
  3. If the issue persists, please reach out to Customer Service as there may be an issue with your Blood Pressure Monitor.
  4. If you can connect the Blood Pressure Monitor to another iPhone, clean the dock connector of your iPhone with an ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) safe brush.
    You can also reach out to Apple support if you suspect that there is an issue with the dock connector of your iPhone.
