If your Smart Baby Monitor doesn't turn on, perform the following steps:

  1. Make sure your Smart Baby Monitor is plugged in.
  2. Make sure the connector at the back of your Smart Baby Monitor isn't loose.
    If it it, please reach out to Customer Service by clicking the Contact us button at the bottom of the page to get a replacement.
