The Withings Pulse is not waterproof. If it somehow gets wet:

  1. Place it into a bowl of dry rice for 24 hours.
    This may help extract the moisture that remains inside the device.
  2. After 24 hours, charge your Withings Pulse using the included micro USB cable.
  3. Press the button.
    If the screen turns on, your tracker may work normally again.

Please note that any physical or liquid damage will void the warranty.
