If you get a "Low battery" message, it means you should change the batteries.

If the message persists after changing the batteries, perform the following steps:

  1. Make sure the batteries are correctly in place by following the polarity markings.
  2. Make sure you're using new, non-rechargeable batteries.
  3. Clean the battery contacts using a Q-tip moistened with rubbing alcohol.
  4. If you synchronize your measurements with the USB cable, be sure to use the official cable.
