The Health Mate app allows you to visualize your data over time with detailed graphs of the history of your different measurements. There are two primary portals to this information.

  • The Timeline shows your measurements from oldest to newest in the order they were taken. Tapping on an item in the Timeline view takes you to the detailed view of your history for that measurement type
  • The Dashboard can be customized to order the measurement types you find most important and gives you access to your measurement tables for each type of measurement recorded across the Nokia product ecosystem

Below, you can find out what you will see in the detailed view in the Dashboard for each measurement type.

Important Note for Health Mate 3

We are currently preparing an update to our Heart Rate data display.

Weight measurements

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Tap a the Weight widget in the Dashboard, or on any Weight item on the Timeline.

  3. Tap the tab you're interested in (Weight, Body Composition, or BMI).
Depending on how far you zoom out, you will see a Trend Line appearing over your graph of measurements. The trend line represents the average value of your measurements. For a given day, it takes all of your past measurements into account, but it gives more importance to the more recent ones. The trend line helps you analyze your weight data by ignoring the fluctuations of measurements taken under unequal conditions.

 Blood pressure measurements

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Tap on the latest Blood Pressure measurement item in your Timeline, or the Blood Pressure Widget in the Dashboard.
  3. Tap the tab for the time range you're interested in (Week, Month, Year).
If there is more than one measurement in the time range selected, you will see the minimum and maximum measurements recorded.

Heart Rate

Nokia products measure Heart Rate in two different ways -- by on demand measurements (such as on the Body Cardio or using the Health Mate app) and consecutive measurements (such as the Nokia Steel HR and Withings Aura).

For Consecutive Measurements, you can view your data from the Heart Rate widgets in the Dashboard and find your daily average displayed.

For on-demand measurements, you can see your latest measurement in the Dashboard, or view your measurements over time in the Timeline as you take them, but it is not possible to view a graph. We are working to implement an improved graph in the Health Mate app very soon.
