Your health goal allows you to track and maintain constant reminders for your fitness journey. The current options for your health goals are:
- I want to lose weight
- I want to lose fat mass
- I want to gain muscle mass
- I want to gain weight
- I want to stabilize my weight
There are several ways you can set your health goal. Setting a health goal allows the Withings app to tailor its metrics toward the progress you're making on your way to that goal, and provide advice and articles most relevant to your progress.
From your Profile
- Open the Withings app.
- Go to your Profile.
- Scroll down to My Health Goal and tap Set your Health Goal.
Note: You can also change your goal from here. - Select the option that works best for you.
- Tap and slide the bubble up or down to select the goal you want.
- Select the pace at which you want to reach your goal and tap OK.
From the Achieve Tab
If you have not set a health goal, you can also do so from the Achieve tab:
- Open the Withings app.
- Go to the Achieve tab.
- Select the option to Add a Health Goal at the top of the page.
- Select the option that works best for you.
- Tap and slide the bubble up or down to select the goal you want.
- Select the pace at which you want to reach your goal and tap OK.
From a new scale setup
If you have not set a health goal you will also be given the option to set your goal during the set-up for a new Withings scale.
- Set up your new scale as normal.
- After you are told your scale is ready, tap Set Your Goal.
- Select the option that works best for you.
- Tap and slide the bubble up or down to select the goal you want.
- Select the pace at which you want to reach your goal and tap OK.
