The sleep sensor does not emit radio waves when measuring your sleep. 

A cable is used to transmit sleep information to the Connected Alarm Clock from the sensor so that wireless communication is not needed.

Note: The Aura will automatically sync via Wi-Fi overnight for a seamless synchronization experience. It is not possible to disable the Aura's Wi-Fi connection overnight.
