Withings App - Android - Changing the height of a user

Go to Profile.
Tap the gear icon, then Profile. To edit another user's height, scroll to the Family section and select the correct user.
Scroll to Height, and enter the height. Be sure to use the correct Units (centimeters or feet and inches)
Tap Save.
