Important note about about the Health Mate 3 update
We are experiencing issues displaying the light and temperature measurements from the Aura in the Health Mate app. The issue has been identified and will be fixed with an app update in the near future. We apologize for the inconvenience. 


The Withings Aura™ allows you to monitor the light and temperature levels while you sleep. No extra action is required on your part.

Temperature levels

Your bedroom temperature has a significant impact on your sleep quality. If the temperature is too hot or too cold, it can have a negative impact on the most beneficial sleep stages.

The ideal bedroom temperature is around 65°F (18.5°C). At this temperature, your body is in optimal thermal conditions with a normal amount of bed clothes and bedding.

Light levels

The nocturnal activities of your sleeping partner, roommates, or other family members as well as activities in your neighborhood can be a source of light disturbance, with impact on your sleep.
