Yes. You can cancel your order within 1 hour after it was placed. To do so, please go to Order Status and click on Cancel my order at the bottom of the page.
If your package has already been shipped, you can return it once you have received it. Make sure you contact us before returning your order so that we can send you a return label. Orders returned without a return label will not be accepted.
If you have not yet received your invoice, you can contact us by clicking on Contact us at the bottom of this page.
Your package may be shipped at any time, so it is very important that you provide the following details when you contact us:
- Full name
- Order number (MXXXXX)
- Reason for cancellation/change
If there is an error in your shipping address, we are unable to update this information as soon as the order status shows "Processing".
Your package will be delivered to the address that you provided when you placed your order. If the carrier is unable to deliver the package to that address, it may be sent back to us or to the nearest post office. If the package is delivered to the nearest post office, it will be available there for pickup for 10 days. If it is not picked up after 10 days, it will be returned to us.
You can track the return of your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Once the tracking information for your original order shows "Returned to Sender", we will start the refund process for that order.
