This article will help you if you encounter any of the following issues:

- The Push-To-Talk feature doesn't work
You hear an echo when you use the Push-To-Talk feature
- You hear a clicking sound coming from your Home

The Push-To-Talk feature doesn't work

If the Push-To-Talk feature doesn't seem to work, perform the following steps:

  1. If the person next to your Home can't hear what you're saying, make sure the app can access the microphone of your mobile device.
To do so, open the app settings of your smartphone and select Home Cam.

  2. If you can't hear what the person next to your Home is saying from the Home app, make sure that the volume level of your mobile device isn't all the way down.

You hear an echo when you use the Push-To-Talk feature

It's perfectly normal to hear an echo when you use the Push-To-Talk feature while being in the same room as your Home.

You hear a clicking sound coming from your Home

If you hear a clicking sound coming from your Home, reach out to Customer Service by clicking the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page.
