Changing the language

You can change the language of your Withings Pulse™ Ox, independently from the language of the Health Mate app. To do so, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Touch My devices.
  3. Look for your Pulse and touch Settings.
  4. Tap Language.
  5. Select your language.
  6. Synchronize your Withings Pulse™ Ox with your app to finalize the change.
    Press the button of your Withings Pulse ™ for three seconds to force the synchronization.

Changing the time format

The time format of the Withings Pulse™ Ox clock is based on the distance unit selected in the Health Mate app. To change the distance unit, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Touch Profile.
  3. Touch Settings.
  4. Tap Units and select km as your distance unit if you want the 24-hour format, or miles if you want the 12-hour format.
  5. Tap the back button to confirm.
  6. Synchronize your Withings Pulse™ Ox with your app to finalize the change.
    Press the button of your Withings Pulse™ Ox for three seconds to force the synchronization.

Changing the screen order

You can change the order of the screens of your Withings Pulse™ Ox, for example if you want to display the steps screen first. To do so, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Touch My devices.
  3. Look for your Pulse and touch Settings.
  4. Tap Screens customization.
  5. Select the screens you want to display:
    - Tap the circles on the left to hide a screen.
    - Tap the empty circles on the left to display a screen.
  6. Tap and hold the icon on the right to drag a screen up or down.
  7. Tap the back button to confirm.
  8. Synchronize your Withings Pulse™ Ox with your app to finalize the change.
    Press the button of your Withings Pulse™ Ox for three seconds to force the synchronization.
