If you're switching from a Fitbit tracker to a Withings tracker, you can now retrieve your Fitbit data for up to the past 71 days on your Withings account. Please keep in mind that the data is only retrieved once.
What is the Switch to Withings feature?
The Switch to Withings feature allows you to import your data from your Fitbit account. This is not an ongoing process, which means that if you keep using your Fitbit tracker, your data won't be automatically sent to your Withings account.
Note: The import of Fitbit data to a Withings account will process from the latest day until the oldest. Your Fitbit data will only be imported if there is not already data existing from Withings or from another partner (Apple Health, Google Fit or Samsung Health). Therefore, a particular day may not be included if there is already activity data saved in your Withings account for that day. Moreover, if you have years of data in your Fitbit account, the import can take up to a day. You will receive an email from Withings once the import is finished.
What data can I retrieve?
You can retrieve the following data from your Fitbit account:
- Number of steps
- Distance
- Calories
- Step goal (if you don't already have one)
Note that if you have both Fitbit data and Withings data for the same date, we will always keep your Withings data over your Fitbit data.
