Important note:
If you don't receive the weekly report, please perform the following steps:
- Go to your Online Dashboard.
- Click on your avatar at the top right corner and select Settings.
- Click on Update notification.
- Select Weekly report.
- Click on OK to validate.
The weekly report is an email that you'll receive once a week, on Monday (or on Wednesday if some of your data hasn't been synced by Monday). This report provides you with information about the following aspects:
Weight
- How much you currently weigh
- How much you've lost or gained in the past week
- What your goal is
- How far you are from reaching your goal
There are a few rules that dictate what information is sent in the weekly report:
- You'll get your average weight if you have at least one weight measurement for the previous week.
- You'll get your trend if you have at least one weight measurement for the previous week and one for the week before.
- You'll get your goal if you have set a health goal.
- You'll get information about how far you are from your goal if you have set a health goal and have at least one weight measurement for the previous week.
If the unit used for the weight in the report is not the same as the one you've set in the Withings App, you may have to set it from the web dashboard. To do so:
- Navigate to the Online Dashboard.
- Click on your avatar at the top right corner and select Settings.
- Select the correct weight unit.
Activity
- How much you've walked each day in average during the past week
- How many or less steps you've made in the past week
- What your goal is
- How far you are from reaching your goal
There are a few rules that dictate what information is sent in the weekly report:
- You'll get your average activity if you have activity data for the previous week.
- You'll get your trend if you have activity data for the previous week and for the week before.
- You'll get your goal if you have set a daily step goal.
- You'll get information about how far you are from your goal if you have set a daily step goal and have activity data for the previous week.
Sleep
- How much you've slept each night in average during the past week
- How much more or less you've slept in average in the past week
- What your goal is
- How far you are from reaching your goal
There are a few rules that dictate what information is sent in the weekly report:
- You'll get your average sleep duration if you have sleep data for the previous week.
- You'll get your trend if you have sleep data for the previous week and for the week before.
- You'll get your goal if you have a daily sleep goal.
- You'll get information about how far you are from your goal if you have sleep data for the previous week.
Heart
- What your average blood pressure is
- What your highest heart rate is
- What your lowest heart rate is
- What your average resting heart rate is (if you have a Withings Aura)
There are a few rules that dictate what information is sent in the weekly report:
- You'll get your average blood pressure if you have at least one blood pressure measurement for the previous week.
- You'll get your highest heart rate and your lowest heart rate if you have at least one heart rate measurement for the previous week (from any source except the Withings Aura).
- You'll get your average resting heart rate if you have at least one resting heart rate measurement for the past week (coming from the Withings Aura).
Note that you won't receive information about your heart if the only measurement you have is a resting heart rate measurement.
You are receiving your weekly report because you have a Withings account. Your weekly report is private and can only be accessed from the email account you communicated to Withings when you signed up.
If you don't want to receive your weekly report anymore, you can unsubscribe from it with the link in the footer of your weekly report.
If you have a Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor, your blood pressure measurements are not displayed by default to respect your privacy. You can display them with the link in the footer of your weekly report.
