The time on my bedside device is incorrect
If the time on your Aura bedside device is wrong, it could be because the Aura is set to the wrong time zone. In these cases the hour would be incorrect, but the minutes would be correct. If you encounter this issue, please check that the time zone on your phone is correct. If it is correct, please reach out to Customer Service by clicking the Contact us button at the bottom of the page.
The Aura's touch controls are no longer responding
First, please ensure that you are correctly using the touch controls. If the issue persists, unplug the Aura, wait 60 seconds, and plug it back in to soft reset the device.
The lights or sounds are turning on and off on their own
If your Withings Aura is close to an LED, CFL (Compact Fluorescent) or another type of energy-saving bulb, you may experience disturbances with it (such as the light flashing). Make sure that lamps using such bulbs are placed at least 1 m / 3 ft away from your Withings Aura to avoid any interference.
I cannot adjust the brightness or volume of the alarm or wake-up program
This typically happens when a wake-up program is not selected when adjusting the device settings. To resolve this, open the Withings App and go to My Devices > Aura > Alarm > Wake-up program where you can set the brightness and volume. Please make sure to select a wake-up program (or other option such as internet radio).
Note: If you do not select a program, the settings will not take effect.
