A few bugs have been identified with the use of Spotify and web radio stations with the Connected Alarm Clock:
- It can happen that the playlist name displayed once you've selected it for a program is not the correct one. Note that this is only a display problem, which doesn't mean that you've selected the wrong playlist.
- It can happen that you're woken up by the default program instead of the Spotify playlist or the web radio station you've selected. This is usually due to a Wi-Fi issue. Make sure your Connected Alarm Clock is in range of your Wi-Fi network to avoid this issue.
- Changing the volume in Spotify has no effect on the music played on your Connected Alarm Clock. You can change the volume through the Withings App or by swiping your hand up or down on the right side of your Connected Alarm Clock.
Please note that it is not possible to do the following:
- Listen to Web Radio without the use of a sleep/wake-up program
- Use the Aura as a Bluetooth speaker to stream music from your phone
- Use the Apple Music service with Aura
