If your air quality measurements don't seem accurate, perform the following steps:
- If temperature measurements seem surprisingly low or high, make sure your scale is using the correct temperature unit.
You can check that in Settings > Units. You can find settings by selecting Profile within the Withings App and then selecting the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
If you want to change the temperature unit, change it from the Settings and re-install your scale. - If the CO2 level seems a bit high, make sure the room is properly ventilated by opening a window.
Note that you may notice differences between the temperature given by your scale and the one given by a thermometer. This is because your scale is directly on the floor, much lower than thermometers tend to be. It is therefore expected that the temperature given by your scale is lower.
